Communication
On your behalf we talk to venue operators, structural engineers, production and trade leads, suppliers, service providers and authorities. You are kept in the loop on every conversation and therefore always up to date — without having to act yourself. You can step in at any time if needed.
Planning
From feasibility to a submission-ready load plan — rigging planning from a single source.
We check up front whether your production fits the planned venue, propose adjustments and solve technical problems.
We create rigging plots or import your plans into the relevant venue plan, adapting your production to each hall's specifics to reduce effort and cost. Every change is communicated to all parties.
Based on the CAD planning we produce detailed load plans for submission and review by the operator. On request we also provide structural calculations for pre-rig structures and truss systems using truss-analysis software.
We propose system choices and determine the exact material requirement, reconciled with existing production stock and topped up from our own inventory where needed.
Installation
Installation to the latest state of the art — by inspected, qualified riggers.
Work is carried out to the latest state of the art and in compliance with all legal requirements. Steps are coordinated with other trades to guarantee a smooth process.
We work with employees and inspected, qualified freelancers and hold regular team briefings for quality assurance. After installation the roof attachment points are finally checked by the supervising rigger.
We are a recognised igvw training centre, allowing us to deliver competent-person training for event rigging to SQ Q2 standard for our own staff.
Support
Equipment, master craftsmanship, calculations, load measurement and statutory inspections — beyond the event itself.
We offer chain hoists to D8, D8+ and C1 in various capacities, plus the required cabling, controls and rigging hardware. Our C1 system meets SIL3 and runs on Movecat vario hoists. Our super-users will gladly program and operate your scenic moves. We also supply truss systems of every scale.
Our certified masters of event technology support you in planning and safely executing your event.
We determine the permitted audience capacity per the German assembly-venue ordinance (VStättV) and produce seating and evacuation plans.
We develop custom components for special technical solutions and carry out the required type examination.
Where the venue structure's capacity is limited and/or loads are high, the load calculation and distribution must be verified. We offer wireless BroadWeigh load-measuring shackles in the 4.75 t version.
We carry out the mandatory annual competent-person inspection of your chain hoists and rigging gear — on your site or at our warehouse. For chain hoists we also offer the expert inspection due every four years. After inspection the hoists receive current inspection stickers and you get an inspection protocol. Optionally each motor gets a QR code linked to the online inspection document.
